Best bike shop in Kent. Just here having a custom bike fit Jordan. The service here is superb. They are all so knowledgeable and helpful without making you feel like a numpty. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough……..
As always, superb service with every visit to the shop. The staff make it such a friendly place to visit. Good advice, honesty and time to talk. Never understand the negative reviews it gets. You pay good money for a bike which sometimes requires paying a little bit more for service etc.

Extremely expensive.
After paying well over the odds for rear bearing replacement, i got the opportunity to ride my bike yesterday, and they had contaminated my rear brake, grease all over it (dripping out of every bearing point) . Very dangerous.
Safe to say i wont be using them again!
Great service as always from James and Tony! Took the time to help choose the right bikes, probably the 7th + bike I’ve bought from Tony; wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The comments about the owner being rude are true. Moody and snarky. Could barely be arsed to deal with me? Was going to spend a fair bit on many items but the prices are way too high. Found everything I was after online for about two thirds the cost.
Shame really, because I like to support small local businesses.
Was trying to find a set of Bontrager Line Elite Pedals, happened to be the only site which had the black set in stock, sent an email on the Friday and got one back on Saturday and a couple days later they arrived packaged well.
For a first time customer the experience couldn't be better, highly recommend.

Brilliant service. I popped in as a new cyclist and was served by the owner Tony who was very friendly and helpful. Even delivered an item through my door. Will certainly be coming back here for more purchases.
Super friendly staff always willing to help nothings to much trouble. Went in with a problem it was sorted in minutes perfect 10/10
